Appointments and Services
Online appointments are booked through Square Appointments. Service prices and times shown online are estimates and may vary based on hair length, density, condition and the stylist level you choose; your stylist will confirm pricing at your consultation. Appointments are subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Suite Professionals
Our suites are operated by independent beauty professionals who set their own services, prices, schedules and policies. Bookings and payments for suite services are made directly with each professional.
Online Orders
All products sold on our website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers, including WooPayments (Stripe) and Square. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
