Booking & Cancellation Policy
We value your time and our stylists’ time. When you book an appointment with J.Capelli Salon & Suites, you agree to the policy below, which is also shown when you book online through Square.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. J.Capelli Salon allows you to cancel service appointments up to 18 hours before the start time. By booking an appointment, you authorize us to charge your card on file a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value if you cancel without proper notice.
No-Shows
By booking an appointment, you authorize us to charge your card on file a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service value if you miss your appointment without proper notification.
